Jen Smith, Director of Rescue Homes for Kingdom Kids
Having written a paper on AIDS and poverty when she was 12 years old, Jen Smith was destined for non-profit work in 3rd world countries. Jen has worked with teenagers addicted to alcohol and drugs for over 3 years and spent several months in South Africa working with homeless teenagers and HIV/AIDS patients in a hospice setting. Having traveled to over 17 countries and having witnessed the best and worst of humanity, Jen is often asked, “Why Africa?”, she will tell you that Africa chose her. Once stepping foot on African soil, her heart would always remain there. Jen’s passion for children and genuine concern for the well being of all humanity, has led her to Feed the Kingdom, Inc. where she will act as the Director of Rescue Homes for Kingdom Kids.
