Our mission is to provide basic necessities, support and unconditional love for Kenya's orphans so that they may heal from the inside out and be empowered to create a bright future for themselves and be productive members of their society.
Kingdom Kids provides shelter, education, clothing, food, medical attention, and most of all, a safe place to call home.

About
There are 2.2 million orphans in Kenya. Most of these children live in abject poverty in the slums around the capital city of Nairobi. There is no running water, electricity, or sewage system in these slums and to have only four meals in a week is a good week for the inhabitants. HIV/AIDS run rampant through the slums and many children have been infected since birth from mother to infant transmission and left orphaned.
Feed the Kingdom, Inc. has started rescue homes to help get these children out of the slums and to provide a family setting in a house with electricity, three meals a day, medical care, clean clothing, education, and beds to sleep in. Each home has one house mother and 8 children, keeping the numbers small so that each child is given the attention they need and deserve. There are in-country administrators who oversee the day to day operations to ensure the homes are running successfully and the children are being properly taken care of. No child should be without the hope of a promising future and we at Kingdom Kids are doing our best to make their present and future brighter. These homes would not be possible without your help. Sponsorship and Donations
Through experience, we have found that smaller homes with fewer children provide a more productive atmosphere. Our homes will never have more than 8 children and 1 house mother, so that we can ensure each child’s needs are provided for and they are given the attention and love they deserve. The monthly operating costs of a single rescue home are $1,350 which includes all bills, rent, education, medical, payment for house mother, food, etc. This is quite a steal when this small amount provides a new chance at life for eight orphans.
Currently, we are in need of sponsors for the eight children in our first rescue home. This home has been successfully run for the past three years but is losing its primary sponsor due to their generous and selfless, permanent move to Kenya. As you will see on the sponsorship form, there are several different ways to help these children. Any and all help is greatly appreciated and very much needed. Our current goal is to find enough sponsors to help meet the $1,350 monthly running costs with a 1 year commitment so that we can focus on fundraising for more homes and helping more orphans.
When sponsoring, your donations will go to help all 8 orphans in the home as opposed to choosing just one child. Once the monthly running costs are raised for the next year, we will begin to find sponsors and fundraise for the next home. A quarterly newsletter will be sent to you to inform you of the children and organization’s progress as well as weekly blogs on this website.
